Position: Air Pollution & Climate Change Intern

Genius Environmental Ltd is a leading Rwandan company specializing in stack/chimney emission testing, ambient, fugitive, and indoor air and noise pollution assessment, water treatment, and clean energy systems. We also provide Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) training services.

With a strong R&D team, Genius Environmental Ltd focuses on the development and manufacturing of advanced air and noise pollution monitoring systems. We are excited to announce two paid internship opportunities aimed at giving early-career professionals practical exposure in environmental sustainability, air quality, and climate innovation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science, Environmental Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Understanding of air quality and climate change policies at national and international levels.
• Strong communication and proposal writing abilities.
• Readiness to begin work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing air pollution and climate change projects.
• Support environmental data analysis, reporting, and policy review efforts.
• Participate in technical consultations and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to proposal development and solution-oriented environmental assessments.
